I have received three texts (unsolicited) from this number in the last couple of months giving me 'Your iCloud keychain verification code is:...... ' followed by three different code numbers. There is no identifiying details at all included. I've now blocked the number. I am not on any 'cloud' service
Sounds a bit suspect. Found this on the Apple Forum, look like someone else had same problem: Unsolicited text messages with iCloud Keychain I would reset your Apple password and make sure you have two factor authentication initiated. Thanks, I have an android phone so I eventually noticed the 'i' bit but have just been on to o2 and they confirmed it was a scam and also that I had not been charged!!!!! which is good. short code number now blocked from sending me text messages! so (hopefully) I wont be hearing from them again.
