I presume you mean it's disappeared with some keywords you were focusing on? If so, that is something that has to continually be worked on and can never be taken for granted.

Google tends to do a 'Google dance' in which they try you out in different positions, also they use different data centres so depending which data centre is being displayed to you also personalised reuslts have an effect- but this is more likely to give you better results than worse.
