We had a lovely experience with Barnet Windows. After our order, the company wanted to double check everything because we had such an unusual request. Their quality, reliability and service was exceptional and our doors look great!

No pushy salesmen... made a quotation and then left to decide, without pressure.

All scheduled visits carried out at the time arranged. Nice touch when the boss calls by to check/supervise the work carried out. Really happy we chose this company and would highly recommend.

All the windows and patio doors in our 1930s house needed replacing, and, after discussing the work with 3 companies, we chose Barnet Window Co. I was particularly impressed by their reviews, and then by the initial and follow-up meetings with Tommy, and by the quality of the products in their Barnet showroom.
Because we are in a conservation area and subject to an Article 4 direction, we needed to take care that we chose a style of window that would be acceptable for planning regulations. We chose the traditional Evolution Flush design, and within 3 months were given the go-ahead from the Planning Department.
Steve, their surveyor, spent a day taking precise measurements. Then the installation work was carried out by Dave and Spencer, both of whom were meticulous and highly professional. Given the scale of the job they also worked remarkably quickly. They had estimated that it would take 7 days, and were absolutely on time. The quality of their work is excellent (and is now receiving compliments from neighbours and passers-by!) They arrived punctually, made sure all the furnishings were covered, worked non-stop and took care to clean up at the end of each day. John, the Managing Director, also made daily visits to make sure all was going well and that we were happy with the work. All the old windows/doors were taken away in a lorry at the end of each day. When the windows were all installed, Andy came round to check that all the locks etc. fitted correctly, and made any necessary adjustments.
Throughout the process, the company kept in regular contact through e-mail or phone.
I have no hesitation in recommending Barnet Window Co. It is a family company with very high standards from start to finish. Their quote was not the cheapest but well worth every penny! The windows look beautiful, fit perfectly, and we are delighted with the results.

Whilst I cannot fault the service on the day of the fitting, I must say I am a little underwhelmed by the quality of some of the materials and finish (architraves and filler) compared to the work that Barnet Windows did for me back in 2015. This work does not match up.
