Very pleased with the new windows and doors.
Cannot fault the service from start to finish, everything was explained from the initial visit from Tommy, Stephen the surveyor, to Chris and Spencer who installed the windows and doors with a very high standard of workmanship. Very friendly staff.
Would highly recommend Barnet Windows to anyone looking to replace windows and doors, would use them again

I would like to highly recommend Barnet Windows. Excellent service, superior product, very good communication and well priced, in fact I am surprised at the quality and workmanship I have received for the price which was very good. The whole experience was first class and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. A big thank you to Kim, excellent fitter and a very nice person, who did a first class job and left my home looking cleaner than when he arrived! Very many thanks Kim

We cannot recommend this company enough, they were brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, the guys fitting the windows and doors (Dave and Spencer) were great. So efficient and did not stop except for a coffee and jam on toast. People even pop out to see you whilst they are working just to check all is ok or any problems, but there weren't any. Perfect job and we love our new windows.

Barnet Windows replaced my lean-to conservatory with 8 new glazed windows on to a dwarf wall and 4 top of the range thermal glazed glass roof panes to replace the existing polycarbonate.
I did get two other quotes but decided on this company as I was impressed by their product offering.
They give a 12 year guarantee on the build and life time guarantee on the glazed windows.
Their price was competitive if a little higher than others.
The whole process from quote to detailed survey and then installation was stress free.
I am very happy I chose them.

After a few hiccups and delays in receiving the door furniture from the manufacturer (post installation of the door) all went smoothly in the end. Very polite and non-pushy pre-sales advice. Went the extra mile to replace the lock with a 3 star high security specification on request at no extra charge. Also sourced and installed replacement rear door locks at only product cost (no labour charge) to compensate for original delay.
Main suggestion for improvement is to include 3 star snap-proof and bump-proof lock as standard.

From the first visit to the end the quality of service was excellent.
They did everything they'd said they would, liaising with managing agents and handled everything perfectly.

We chose Barnet Windows based on the positive reviews even though they were more expensive than other companies.
We have had a positive experience with them right from the start. Paul came and gave us a quick quote, there was no hard sell which we liked. Paul was happy to answer any questions by email or calls.
Unfortunately my father died unexpectedly a week the windows were due to be fitted. Barnets did not make any issues of cancelling appointments booked with their fitters and a new appointment was made at a later date.
The windows were fitted over 2 days, fitters Spencer & Martin were very professional, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.
We were impressed that John Rose, managing director, came on both days to inspect the work.
The fitters spotted 2 small cracks and arranged for a replacement which was done 3 weeks later.
We are very happy with the work done and the ease of communication with Barnet window company.
We are happy to recommend this company.

We were recommended to Barnet Windows by a friend who had also been recommended so that was a good indication. I'm glad we were because the overall impression is of a quality company very focused on customer service. I like the fact it is a family run company and everyone I spoke to was committed to responding positively.
Turnaround time was good and the guys on the job itself worked really hard and were very tidy in finishing up. I also liked the fact that one of the directors came around each day to make sure all was going well and to check if we were happy.
Product is great and we're especially pleased with the large sliding patio doors.
Very happy to recommend.

2) On the day of the fitting he made good preparation to minimise mess & to clear up early when the work was completed.
3) The work was completed on time and to quite a good standard.
4) He was helpful in pointing out and making clear any short comings, in my case, was a sticky lock/key barrel and a slight speck of cowling missing on new front door. As well as arranging or suggesting to have them put right.
5) Generally friendly & cooperative company.
