Very pleased with the new windows and doors.
Cannot fault the service from start to finish, everything was explained from the initial visit from Tommy, Stephen the surveyor, to Chris and Spencer who installed the windows and doors with a very high standard of workmanship. Very friendly staff.

I would like to highly recommend Barnet Windows. Excellent service, superior product, very good communication and well priced, in fact I am surprised at the quality and workmanship I have received for the price which was very good. The whole experience was first class and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. We cannot recommend this company enough, they were brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, the guys fitting the windows and doors (Dave and Spencer) were great. So efficient and did not stop except for a coffee and jam on toast. People even pop out to see you whilst they are working just to check all is ok or any problems, but there weren't any. Perfect job and we love our new windows.

Barnet Windows replaced my lean-to conservatory with 8 new glazed windows on to a dwarf wall and 4 top of the range thermal glazed glass roof panes to replace the existing polycarbonate.
I did get two other quotes but decided on this company as I was impressed by their product offering.
They give a 12 year guarantee on the build and life time guarantee on the glazed windows.
Their price was competitive if a little higher than others.
The whole process from quote to detailed survey and then installation was stress free.
I am very happy I chose them.

I can really recommend Barnet Window Company. The widows are of a high quality and well fitted. The price compared very favourably to larger companies who quoted us a higher price for the same product. Chris and Kim did an excellent job of installing the windows and clearing up afterwards and Kim was extremely polite and tactful speaking to neighbours and sorting out parking. Thank you very much.
The initial process of measuring/quote (initial visit) was also conducted extremely professionally and quickly by Tommy (a large company tried to keep me for a couple of hours talking about their products). Tommy completed accurate measuring in about a 20/30 minute visit.
Subsequent visit for more detailed measurement also very good and professional.

Right from the start, Barnet Windows provided a great service, from the initial survey, then the viewing in the display shop, to the final fitting by Chris and Spencer. They were prompt, very professional, and left everything clean and tidy.
We are very pleased with the final fitting of our French doors, back door and kitchen window. We highly recommend Barnet Window Co.

I am pleased with the Solidor front door provided and installed. The company has been helpful and efficient. Kim arrived promptly to install the door precisely on time and installed the door more quickly than I had anticipated, giving helpful advice on using the keys etc.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were professional and efficient, from arranging the initial appointment for a quote, right the way through to completion of the job. Chris and Kim worked tirelessly to complete the job on schedule, with very little disruption to us. The team provided excellent advice during the project and we are highly delighted with our new windows. Thank you.

We had a new front door fitted on 10/5/2018. We previously had a rear door fitted that we are very pleased with. Our new front door was fitted by a very professional fitter who worked in a tidy and efficient way. We are very pleased with the door and everything from ordering it, to the door being fitted. The fitter's name was Kim Morris.

Chris and Kim were very lovely and polite. They were punctual and worked so hard. The windows looked fantastic and they made sure I knew exactly how they worked before leaving.
They made sure all my personal belongings were covered and protected and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Five star service. Five star quality product.
I had new windows, French doors and a front door installed by Barnet Window Company on 04/05/2018. I was informed the team of three would arrive between 8:30am and 9:30am, David, Spencer and Chris arrived at approximately 8:45am. They were very friendly and put me at ease regarding the protection of my European oak wood floor whilst the work was being carried out. They also put dust covers down.
As they were going to be working in every part of the house, I left them to carry on with the work. The installation was completed by 1:30pm. I was very impressed with how clean and tidy they left the house. A seamless process from the very beginning and with no hard sell.
I love the work that has been carried out, in particular the French doors which have transformed my living room. Thank you Barnet Window Company for leaving me with a big smile. I've already recommended you to a neighbour who inquired in the same day of my installation. I would definitely use and recommend you again. You're first class and good value for money.

Going by the glowing customer reviews on the website I made an appointment for a company visit. He rang at the appointed time to say there was no one at home but confirmed he had the correct address . I told him I was at home the whole day and there was no one at my front door. He rang me on my land line indicating to him I was at home. He couldn't confirm where he was or tell me he had checked the road signage. Thinking he was round the corner from me on another road with the same number, I gave directions to get here, gave landmarks to identify my house and also I suggested asking someone. I walked up to the road front and looked out for him for a while .He didn't turn up. I tried ringing him- he didn't take the calls. As he could have been driving I rang the office several times at intervals and was told they too were trying to get hold of him. They also assured me several times they will ring me back with an answer when they speak to him. That was two weeks ago. No contact has been made to give an explanation in spite of the assurances. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING-

On the first visit/survey we had a thorough discussion of the work needed and possible variations so that the installed windows would be as similar as possible to the originals, and in keeping with other houses in the road of the same age and design.
A detailed proposal received very quickly.
We visited the showroom to check examples of the details on which we weren't finally decided, and advised of local houses where similar styles had been installed so we could see how things looked in situ.
Installation dates agreed well in advance, by phone and in writing. Good support from the fitters, allowing us to move as little furniture as possible to give them a suitable working area.
Work carried out on time as agreed and the house and surrounds left as clean as possible at the end of each day.

Very reliable workmen. Turned up at 8:30 and worked until 6pm without a break to finish fitting on the day.

Very pleased with the windows that Barnet Window Company fitted. Everyone I spoke to at the company was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The window fitters did an excellent job and made every effort to keep everything clean and tidy. The windows look fantastic too.

This was the third time we have used Barnet Windows over the last 10 years. The attention to detail to match the original details from the old windows, through to customer service and installation hasn't changed in all that time - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
