Is a business partner(s) to handle the sales, marketing and branding part of the business. The product to launch is pizza by slice (pizza al taglio), which is freshly made daily and which can last upto 24 hours. This type of pizza is invented in Rome, and it is a popular casual food in Italy, where for many years it has been a common way for people to grab a quick snack or meal. It is often eaten as a takeaway dish.
The partner would need to have strong experience in this field and can invest approx £3000. The target is to sell atleast 300 slices per day to achieve the starting net profit approx £1000/week
I am willing to negotiate partnership arrangements if and when I have found the right partner.
