No doubt it's being used to service our National Debt, at least the bit that remains after the cost of recovery

Johno - look out your window & look for flying pigs - you have just as much chance of seeing one as you do in getting a Tax rebate 

They got a shed load of extra tax off me because they won't accept that I haven't had 2 jobs at the same time!  They're reclaiming tax from me that they reckon I should have paid from having the non-existent second job!  They've probably got a deal with BT to make money each time somebody rings them to try and speak to a human.  I've never spent less than 25 minutes on the phone before actually getting to speak to someone!  We should be allowed to take them to court for all the stress and worry they cause us by getting things wrong and then doing nothing to check if their facts are actually right or not.
