Nope, I'm here on FF, no problems.

Thanks Mary. Must be a bug on my PC.

Have found a few limitations with FF

For some reason the banks dont like it, cant access either Abbey or First Direct from Firefox, have to open up IE, and there are some Microsoft sites that wont open in FF, but I suspect thats sour grapes

But overall, still very impressed and a now a card carrying member of the FF appreciation society.

Chrome just doesn't do it for me as my main browser, so thought I'd revisit firefox after all....

Why not? I thought I'd try Chrome again today, I did try it when it first came out but for some reason I went back to Firefox - but not sure why?

I do like the narrow bar at the top, as I did previously and I'm currently wondering why I didn't like it before as I don't recall anything has changed. On the basis their share of the browser market is rising a lot of people seem to be changing to Chrome.

Perhaps at some point I will realise why I changed back to FF from Chrome but at the moment... ....Chrome is good for me.

Firefox is definitely my browser of choice. I think it is user-friendly. This is on the Mac anyhow. I sometimes use a PC laptop, and with that I prefer to use Chrome.

Firefox is great for useful toolbars and add-ons. In fact, are Safari & Chrome compatible with toolbars and add-ons? I assume Chrome is, in consideration of the Google Toolbar!?

I liked Chrome, but had same limitations with browser compaitibility for banks, but personally, I prefer the layout and customisation of FF.

Dunno ref how far you can really customise chrome, as havent really played with it for a while, only tend to use it now for US SERP testing, as the default page is delib set up as Google USA (www.google.com/ncr)

I really like to tailor my browsing experience so FF is the 1 for me.

I must have half a dozen plugins running that make the experience either quicker or easier.

I completely agree Stavros.

I've now realised as some have already stated above - missing a few plugins. Having said that I reckon I'm going to be a dual-browser person and switch between the two depending on what I need to do.

That's what I do

Chrome and Firefox. Although I much prefer Chrome on the PC! Sometimes Chrome can seem a little less complicated...

Ok, I've had enough of Firefox's slow speed to load, and occasional crashing.

Taken MrB's advice and revisited Chrome. Loved it when I used it before, but found it to basic.

But not now! It has plugin's (chrome extensions) plus ports all site history, password data from firefox.

So now back to Chrome, its lightening fast compared to IE and FF, and is at last now fully functional!

Guess I'm a browser tart...
