I'm amazed at the choice of the Labour Leader. Is it me or does he look too young?

Ed Miliband - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A politician with 5 years experience doesn't seem to me to be someone to take seriously as a leader of the opposition, let alone the next PM.

I dunno, I'm thinking stopgap, maybe Labours IDS?

I have got boxers older then him.

Stavros

I remember PMs being ancient, gnarly and from a bygone age when I were a lad!!! ..... MacMillan, Hume, Wilson, Heath. Somehow I found that reassuring.... at least they'd been around long enough to make a few cockups and learn from them. Di Mandible looks like he's been sent out by his mum after a good lick wash and hair comb
I can't take this choice seriously and he's even worse when he opens his mouth to spew forth a string of platitudes and heart-tug cliches. God help us next election...... a snownball in Hades springs to mind!
Or am I just an old fart?

ps Stavros I've got boxer SHORTS older than him!!!!

Lol - Thanks for sharing this Stavros!

Regarding "Ed the Red" , one word - MUPPET!

Surely they've plucked him for leader as a mere a stop gap until a real leader comes forward for the post?!? They can't possibly think Joe Pupil will elect him to lead the country??

I thought is brother should have won - he's better looking

We haven't exactly got much choice have we? They're all brilliant at dodging the issues us ordinary mortals worry about (eg where the new jobs are coming from to replace the ones we're losing overseas and why so many have got so little left after paying their bills). And I still can't see how we can put Blair, Straw, Hoon and co in jail for taking us into the Iraq war.
