Hello everyone. I run a small outsourcing company, and I'm looking for a simple yet effective way to register and process customer requests. They should be able to send such requests through a web form, or via email. And each request should be given a certain number and status. Also there should be an option to review the statistics, and to see more detailed information about the engineer who is implementing a certain request. 

Hopefully, there's a free software, but I'll consider paid options at reasonable prices.

Had a similar thread a while ago: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Help!!

Had a play with Zoho CRM which was pretty good, but over kill for what we need. Failing that it would prob be fairly straightforward to get something coded to meet your exact requirements.

If you have IT specialists, you can try OTRS, but you'll need to manually update it and you'll probably need to get used to the interface. Also there's a software called Deskun, it's more simple, but I'm afraid you won't get too detailed statistics there. But if you are ready to sacrifice this requirement, you might try it.
