I called customer help line to ask if our postman had perhaps picked up my keys which I think I dropped on the drive when I left the house, it was just prior to his usual delivery time, I was hoping he had spotted them and picked them up.
After nearly 20 minutes of waiting for my call to be answered I had to give up.
They kept saying they where extremely busy but I dont think there was anyone there to answer calls.
Service is abysmal
