Why no letter post deliveries to Vandyke Road the week before Christmas? I have 2 items somewhere in the system that were posted 9 days ago that should be here by now. I realise it's a difficult time for everyone & staff may be sick or quarantined but I would be willing to collect my post from the sorting office rather than not have it at all & click & collect is still permissable.

Once again we have received no post for two days, again the post office are not interested as they have already been paid by the sender, they could not care less about the recipitents of the so called first class mail service.

After two days with no mail, (the same for my neighbours), I phoned the Firbank office only to receive a fast gabbled message to phone someone else. Just not interested.
I then phoned Customer Services, listened to the music and reassurances, but after nearly 10 minutes waiting it was announced you were closing down now, try again on Monday.
Why is this called a Service?
