I had posted an envelope simply containing documents, nothing too big. Apparently the sorting office could not identify the address on the envelope which was crystal clear, took them 2 weeks to get back to me then I sent the envelope again, I was informed that the receiver would get the letter within 4 days - 2 weeks later still haven't received it. When I rang to see what was going on I was greeted by "oh I don't know......can't do anything about that". Absolute disgrace! Do not send anything too valuable!!
