Very pleased with the new windows and doors.
Cannot fault the service from start to finish, everything was explained from the initial visit from Tommy, Stephen the surveyor, to Chris and Spencer who installed the windows and doors with a very high standard of workmanship. Very friendly staff.
Would highly recommend Barnet Windows to anyone looking to replace windows and doors, would use them again

I would like to highly recommend Barnet Windows. Excellent service, superior product, very good communication and well priced, in fact I am surprised at the quality and workmanship I have received for the price which was very good. The whole experience was first class and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. A big thank you to Kim, excellent fitter and a very nice person, who did a first class job and left my home looking cleaner than when he arrived! Very many thanks Kim

We cannot recommend this company enough, they were brilliant from start to finish. Very professional, the guys fitting the windows and doors (Dave and Spencer) were great. So efficient and did not stop except for a coffee and jam on toast. People even pop out to see you whilst they are working just to check all is ok or any problems, but there weren't any. Perfect job and we love our new windows.

Barnet Windows replaced my lean-to conservatory with 8 new glazed windows on to a dwarf wall and 4 top of the range thermal glazed glass roof panes to replace the existing polycarbonate.
I did get two other quotes but decided on this company as I was impressed by their product offering.
They give a 12 year guarantee on the build and life time guarantee on the glazed windows.
Their price was competitive if a little higher than others.
The whole process from quote to detailed survey and then installation was stress free.
I am very happy I chose them.

All those involved were professional & considerate and came to my house when they said they would.
I was given the product with the correct details that I specified & i was particularly impressed by the mortar used to reinforce the brickwork (a very good match with the existing mortar)

We had to match up a window with the original Everest hardwood frames.
This was not as quick given hardwood frames are not as readily used so this led to a much longer lead time.
Once ready the old window and frame were easily replaced.
Very professional as was the after fitting inspection.

I would use and recommend Barnet Window in the future.
I found every member of their staff entirely reliable, polite and caring even though my replacement doors are being paid by my Insurance Co.
The appointments made by the company were always promptly kept and the office staff were so helpful at all times.

Barnet Windows came highly recommended on a consumer website and they fully met expectations.
The initial survey visit was very professional, no hard sell, but a clear setting out of the options, choice of materials and likely costs of installing 3 new windows in our kitchen.
This was followed by a measuring up visit, also carried out quickly and efficiently.
The installation took place at the time originally forecast and was completed within the day.- the fit was excellent and everything cleared away & tidied afterwards. No additional redecoration was needed. The final visit was to quality asses the work done.
All in all a commendable performance by a small local independent company, to schedule, to price and to specification. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

They acted conscientiously during the ordering process (ensuring Building Control Compliance)
The workforce were polite, tidy and efficient. Aftercare seems to be very good.
Quality control was excellent with defective components replaced without quibble.

Thorough and polite sales and surveying and not a pushy salesman in sight. The fitters were professional, efficient and courteous, and the follow-up quality check was a welcome bonus.
From start to finish the entire process was smooth and trouble free and after sales care has been very good.

I have suffered for years with a polycarbonate roof on my conservatory and recently asked Barnet Window Company to quote me for replacing it with glass. They have an excellent reputation locally so I knew I was in good hands from the start.
The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the guys who carried out the work were tidy, polite and friendly. I was kept informed about delivery and installation all through the job.
The difference this roofing has made to my conservatory is amazing, even better than I had hoped. The room is now lighter and brighter, and I cannot believe the reduction in noise when it rains - such an improvement.
I can honestly say that this is some of the best money I have ever spent on my house, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Barnet Window Company to any of my friends or colleagues.
