20/8/14 received delivery card in letterbox and it says leave 24 hours before collecting from delivery office, went there 22/8/14 no parcel, sad come tomorrow, came another day no parcel sad come another week. waste time for traveling twise and no goods received. the same day 20/8/14 received another card which says leave 48 hours before collecting from office and collected 22/8/14. useless service, people do not know what they are doing there!!!!!!!!!!!

Our ''usual'' postman is a very nice and happy person.
HOWEVER, the ''temporary''? postman at present seems to not ''give a damm'' about the way he treats your letters.
EVERYDAY without fail, he will FOLD EVERYTHING IN HALF, and then stuff the letters only halfway into the letterbox.
This postman needs an immediate review of his Customer Care / Letter Handling attitude.
