British Airways Flight (LA to London)

Have to agree with you, clearly people thought they had plenty of time.

Having said that, whenever I fly I have my mobile, wallet and passport in my pockets and that is all I'd need. 

They were so lucky that it didn't happen mid-flight. Yikes! I wouldn't have got my hand luggage purely because I cant reach the overhead storage! 

Bang out of order, everyone knows you leave everything behind.

10/10 for the crew, 1 out 10 for the selfish passengers.

Imagine if half the passengers had died because of a bottleneck of people collecting luggage, or the emergency chutes getting ripped. Luggage can be replaced!

I know, if I was on that aircraft I would be pushing them towards the door if they was blocking me lol, I would be the other side ASAP just incase of the worst.

you will be surprised how often it does happen ... Funnily enough it happen my mother in law she was on a Boeing flight and 1 of them blew up ,apart from being petrified out of her skin the plane still managed to fly to it's destination on 1 engine as it was well past the point of return

WOW! To be honest I would be scared out of my mind..... Its amazing to hear peoples past flight experiences but when it happens to like yourself its a NO GO ZONE lol.
