A little bit about myself: I'm a freelance Marketer. Previously, I used to work for a marketing agency and they had a pretty complex VoIP set-up. I'm looking to start my own agency now and I realised I need a VoIP solution ideal for a start up business. After some research, I know I need a multi user set-up...So on my search, I have narrowed down my options.
Option 1) Gradwell, a fairly large company
Advantages:
Fairly reputable
Large company
Plenty of experience with small businesses

Option 2) AlphaTALK, a company based in Birmingham (which is where I'm based)
Advantages:
Close customer support, we're both based in Birmingham
A little cheaper than gradwell (save £2 a month)

Gradwell are offering £8 a month whereas AlphaTALK are offering £6 a month, both for a multi user voip setup (none include any sort of hardware).
Help? Has anyone had any experience with any companies mentioned?
