For small businesses and new start ups HR is often the last priority. Making money and delivering work is paramount. My business plan is to provide ad hoc support to small businesses which will not only ensure that they are acting ethically and within employment law and legislation but also freeing up owners/directors time to deliver the services that they know best.
I am a seasoned HR and recruitment professional and am a Chartered member of the CIPD and hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. I am an HR generalist and my business will look to provide support across a range of areas. I have experience in many different industries including Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Engineering & Environmental.
I am looking to get information from small to medium businesses about their current HR requirements and how they are currently handling HR - this information is for market research only.
To be eligible for the £50 Amazon vouchers participants must complete the questionnaire on or before 20th May 2015. Participants must include their email to be included in the draw which will happen on 21st May. The winning participant will then be contacted and the vouchers sent within 7 days.
