The Chancellor says the economy is on the mend, so we can all relax.
The UK economy grew an estimated 0.6% in the three months to June.

Output grew in all of the construction, manufacturing, services and agriculture sectors according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS)...

...Within services, business was particularly strong in the hotels, restaurants and distribution according to the ONS, expanding 1.5% in the quarter, on top of 1.2% growth in the first three months of the year.

BBC News - UK economy registers broad-based growth of 0.6%

So we're eating out more and staying in hotels apparently. Probably all the people that had to be relocated because their social housing had too many bedrooms

At least it's positive news for once

The sad thing is that 0.6% is not much. Also ... it is June, it is normal that people would go out and travel more.
