I've been a staunch user of Firefox for many years. But have just gotten so fed up with the slowness now of all versions ,I have jumped ship to Google Chrome as it is pretty close to a browser I can use. I have tried all the top 10 and couldn't get on with most of them for 1 reason or another

What is your browser that you use

I use Chrome. I'm on an Android phone and I like the way my bookmarks all match up on my laptop etc. It just makes life a little easier. I also use IE for my banking as it doesn't seem to like Chrome!

I remember using Firefox and it used to be pretty good!

UN-BE-LIEVABLE ..  Don't know if Mozilla was reading my mind..Received a email today about the new Firefox platform "Quantum" .. So have taken the plunge and reinstalled it ...Flip it is fast now ...So back to FF I go lol

Not reading your mind....reading your online posts! haha.

It's funny, they all seem to keep swapping places. I'm a long time user of Chrome, and because of bookmarks and settings I'm loathe to move elsewhere. But it has it's moments and sometimes runs like a dog. It certainly doesn't like too many plugins and some fare worse than others. Norton seems to kill it for some reason.

Always despised Microsoft browsers as slow and clunky, but the Win 10 Edge browser is actually very fast and do use it sometimes. Use FF for testing and Opera but both are unremarkable and FF can be dog slow loading

So chrome for me until it crashes then maybe edge

I use Chrome, but my laptop recently flashed up a message saying that if I switched to Edge I would save battery life. Now how exactly does that work?!

Less resources mean longer battery life, it's just how you use your ram and other programs on your PC but things  like popups live video's and a whole raft of other factors all count toward battery life and can change every time you go online or just use your PC..A main factor would be turning down your PC back light ..

https://techterms.com/definition/systemresources  there may well be a better link
