I set up my life coaching business in 2023. Alcoholism and drug abuse destroys self esteem, relationships, and connections to others. It destroys health and an authentic capacity to enjoy your life. It holds you captive on an endless merry go round of self abuse, used as a faithful crutch to help you cope with life. Without accountability, someone to hold your hand through the process of liberating yourself from self sabotage, coming off of the drink and drugs can be extremely challenging, often resulting in returning back to square one. I personally understand this all too well. I offer a process, with a step by step 12 week plan, including weekly sessions to keep you on track with your sobriety goals.
