I spoke to Joseph a month ago and he said he was available to come round at a specific time on a certain day to fix my roof and inspect the guttering. I waited in all day and he did not turn up and he did not call to explain why. This is very disappointing customer service and I therefore would not recommend this company unless you don’t mind having your time wasted.
