Posted a card Special Delivery on the 27th March 2023 for a friend who left with a voucher enclosed. Card still hasn't arrived on the 5th April when assured it would take 3 days. All I view is we've got it but my friend hasn't. Called the Royal Mail who advised Milton Keynes have a problem with staff sickness. Well this is not my problem all I want is my card delivered. Not a very good Service.

Used the tracked and signed letter service at my local post office, happy to take my money assuring me the letter would arrive within 5-7 days. Has it arrived? No stuck in Milton Keynes with no sign yet of it moving on to its destination. Why was I not told when paying for a service that the letter would not arrive within the time scale advised at the post office when taking my money? Not the service I was expecting or promised. Sort it out Royal Mail.

My letter has been stuck in Milton Keynes since the 6th of February - needed to get to a solicitors office in Ireland within the 3-4 days the post office states, it is now the 22nd February and the stress of the letter not arriving is mounting !!!!!!!!

I have a parcel stuck in Milton Keynes for seven days it contains urgent medical supplies for Saudi Arabia the whole service is useless will never use them again.

I sent a parcel as a Christmas gift to my friend on 8th December. I called royal mail after two months and I was told your parcel is missing!!! But on 12th February when I tracked my parcel I saw it is in Milton Keynes and I don't know for how long they want to keep my parcel there. If there was lower rating, I would give that.

An ugent document was sent from Glasgow on 24/01/2023 throught the 'International Tracked and Signed' services. It took over 3 weeks to arrive in PSC Milton Keynes on 15/02/2023, it is now sitting there and I have no idea how long it will take to arrive at it's destination in Ireland.
I was fully aware that there was a cyber attack in early January but was told at time of posting that it was now accepting international post again. If I had been informed that there would be unacceptably huge delays with delivery I would have availed of the services of a courier company. Every day this document is late is costing me money and enormous stress.
Royal Mail you really need to treat customers better and improve your comunication policy if you want customers to use your services as it is just not good enough.

Parcel destined for the US was on hold with a mail service since 12th February due to the cyber attack, and eventually got posted and Royal mail received it on 2nd Feb and it has not moved from the Milton Keynes Sorting office since then. Today is 17th Feb - this is beyond ridiculous !! I paid £26 for this delivery and it still hasn't even left London. I can't even begin to express how angry and frustrated I am.
Regardless of a cyber attack, how does Royal mail justify this abysmal level of service????!!!!

Why has an international tracked large letter destined for Brisbane Aus, posted on 10/1/2023 from Mid Devon, costing just under £10.00 been sent to Milton Keynes, where it has been since 3/2/2023?!
There is an “Urgent Medicine” label on it and I was assured that it would take approximately 5-7 days to arrive at its destination! I know about the cyber attack but this is unbelievable! It contains medicine for someone who has a terminal illness, which has serious implications over the integrity of Royal Mail reliability and service.
