I am always unsure when I have to get a quote. Jeremy put me at ease straight away. He told me what he thought needed doing and what didn't, he also offered options for me on how to reduce the cost. I was pleased because the company that came before told me everything needed to be removed and gave me a horrific price. Normally, I just say yes, but I could not justify their cost. So I phoned a couple of other companies to come and quote. So glad I did, Jeremy was a lot cheaper, a lot nicer, and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride.
