Here at LEON, we’re having a Twisted Christmas. We’re taking all the festive best bits and adding some unexpected (and delicious) surprises. Don’t worry, you’ll still have those comforting, nostalgic flavour favourites - turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce - but not as you’ve ever known them before. We’ve thrown in fruity & spicy Aleppo peppers, fragrant Baharat spices, sticky & rich pomegranate molasses, pine nuts for crunch, and our LEON favourite: grilled halloumi. Because, well, what sandwich isn’t better with halloumi?
