Communications were excellent pre site attendance.
Once the problem had been assessed full explanations and advice were given, I had been kept fully in the picture all the way through. Jace explained what had happened, and what may or may not happen in the future.
Jace seems quite knowledgeable in his subject area and left me feeling he would be quite able to fully deal with any issues which might arise in the future. On this occasion no treatment was needed.
