Having read all the positive reviews about GlassHouse Properties I rang to make an appointment for someone to come and value our property. I rang on a Friday morning hoping for a visit next Monday or Tuesday. I was told my details would be passed on and I would receive a call later that day.
I did receive a message on the Saturday left on voice mail (I was in deepest Wales with no phone signal) that they had been unable to connect and to call them back, I had given 2 numbers to call - a landline and a mobile with no call to the landline where somebody would have been able to take the call.
I phoned again on the Monday and was told that they were out until 1400hrs and that they would call me then.
2 days later and I have heard nothing from them, not even the office staff making an excuse or apologising.
I think I will give them a wide birth as they obviously don't need the business and probably treat buyers the same way which would lose a potential sale!
