I have used Gary as my surveyor twice and both times he has provided excellent service.
Gary is reliable, communicative and he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had all the information about the properties.
He was also always happy to explain things I didn’t understand. Highly recommended.

Gary was very professional from the first contact made to him to the survey report. The survey was great with photos of areas that needed attention & the description of his report was easy to follow.

We had a great experience using GB Residential Surveys and Gary was excellent at communicating with us and providing a prompt survey. The survey itself is comprehensive and well presented, providing us with detailed information so that we can make informed decisions about the property we are purchasing. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend Gary. Gary went though our new build home with huge attention to details. Gary provided an excellent well laid out report that easily identified any issues with our home. We have been able to send this directly to our developer.

Gary was great, and his report was incredibly detailed. He was very patient with some obvious questions from a first time buyer who was a bit nervous about the whole process, and very professional. Thanks Gary!
