Gary did a snagging survey for my new build. He was thorough and produced the report within a few days, followed up by a phone call, I found the report helpful and well worth the money spent.
I would recommend anyone purchasing a new build to have this done.

First time buyers and we are happy to have gone ahead with Gary; the service he provided was fantastic, from proffessionlism to helpfulness, communication to efficiency (results recieved less than two weeks from initial enquiry). If I needed to be picky because nothing is perfect, there were one or two inconsistencies in a couple of sections but, ultimately, everything that mattered was clear. Gary is very approachable and I have no doubt any issues would have been addressed quickly, if there was a need to. The main highlight of the service provided was the customer service and communication throughout the process. We were informed of what was going on, and what would happen next at every stage of the process, both via email and text. After payment was sent, Gary sent the report at 0901hrs the same morning despite having IT issues! We were also particularly grateful for the follow up call to go through some of the less-than-ideal parts of the thorough survey (160+ pages, clear photos throughout). This was such a valuable part of the process to get a real sense of the important points of the findings and what our next steps should be. Gary provided some sound advice in plain, understandable terms and welcomed us to arrange another call at anytime. Overall excellent, thanks!

Gary carried out the survey for my house purchase. He was very quick to arrange the survey and respond to questions. He produced a clear and methodical report with good quality photos. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient, quick and professional. In my opinion surveys should be more accurate from the prospective of the searches, like a solicitor do, they could add some info from there, but this is a generic opinion about their sector. Job was done and explained properly, very open to any type of questions and no looking at the watch when on the telephone with me. Highly recommend their services.

Gary sent a 143-page survey report with detail descriptions and suggestions. The report is ready only 3 days after the site visit.
He will also arrange a call to explain the report and answer your questions.

We found the service to be excellent, very thorough and profession, and the outcome well explained verbally and documented clearly in the report that we received.
Although , the outcome of the report was not what we wanted to hear, we are absolutely grateful that the numerous faults with the property that we had our hearts set on buying were identified .
