Been welcomed by the IT consultant Nathan, I came with an issue with my PC.
Nathan assessed the issue, the value of the PC, cost of the repair and told me whether it was cost effective.
He was quick to answer any questions and easy to reach through the phone to answer any questions during the waiting period.
The service was great, it had the right value for money, and I would definitely use it again.
