I’m an integrative therapist and empowerment coach supporting individuals held back by anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or difficult past experiences. My approach combines therapeutic depth with practical coaching tools to help you understand yourself, break old patterns, and move forward with confidence. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure of who you are. Together, we uncover root causes and create meaningful change at your pace. With a background in psychology, communication, and mental health, I bring both expertise and empathy. Sessions are online or in-person in Cambridge.
