Located near the busy centre of Hebburn, Bedewell Grange Care Home is set in two acres of grounds with tranquil gardens. It is a purpose-built home offering residential care to fifty people, including some people living with dementia. Our person-centred approach to care is based on the use of care plans, which identify individual needs and lifestyle choices with the person concerned and their loved ones. Bedewell Grange has good links with local health services and therapists, ensuring that residents have access to specialists if they will benefit from them. We welcome visitors at any time and are happy to offer helpful advice if we can, so please feel free to call us or to drop in.
