It still surprises me how simple some people's password are, details in this BBC article. At least some people make an effort with trustno1
PostsSecurity - password, qwerty, 123456 22nd January 2015 3:17 PM MP wants review of anonymity for rape accused 7th January 2015 6:43 PM It's a tough one to call, but in summary, it seems others feel more confident coming out when they hear of someone else being effected e.g. once Max Clifford was charged more came forward. It's a dilemma as it must be a nightmare to be falsely accused. Deflation (economic not tyres!) is it a bad thing for the UK? 7th January 2015 6:28 PM
“Or is the argument that people put off buying capital items when prices are falling a strong one, meaning long delays in replacing/purchasing goods which will put pressure on retailers. So although more money in peoples pockets, it's not getting to the tills or being spent.”
That's my view. If people are going to hold off buying goods because they believe they're going to be cheaper then it's a spiral downwards as the economy stalls..... What do you think about Sonys decision to capitulate? 24th December 2014 12:31 PM Seems like it's now going to be shown, BBC News. The whole saga should boost ticket sales! Do some retailers think we are dumb....Poundland! 24th December 2014 12:05 PM Don't forget Lidl - pure class. But back to Poundland, I agree with you, but I think some people like the simplicity of the maths. e.g. If you've got £10 you can buy 10 items. It saves having to engage brain! The Apprentice Rant 24th December 2014 12:01 PM I agree Tom/Steve. At the end of the day if you're good at sales you will always do well. I'm sure the agency will do well enough because if you've got good salesman they will always do well - regardless of the product. At the end of the day it is an entertainment show with a tiny bit of business nouse thrown in.
“dont mean to cause offence to seo people but it did seem a pretty boring business to get into. what happened to the first winner of the new format, wasnt he an inventor? did he ever invent anything ? Maybe time for last orders sir alan 10 years is long enough”
..and yes, he's still around Inventor Tom was sitting next to Nick Hewer in the audience of the show. Have Tescos got it right? 27th November 2014 8:26 PM Agree it's gone over the top but in an age when there is far too much blue for boys, pink for girls I'm all for less targetting. Go into a Toys'R'Us and there will be dedicated aisles FULL of PINK - it's wrong. Lego now has pink bricks - when there was no need, boys & girls always loved playing with lego even when they're weren't pink bricks! We should Let Toys be Toys! Help! Can you reccomend anyone who can help me with my WORDPRESS Website. 17th November 2014 6:45 PM Admittedly, I'm not local to Surrey Claire but I helped somebody else on this forum based in Cornwall which is even further away from me. Happy to have a chat if you want to discuss anything even if you do decide to go local... Dreamraven is back in the house 17th November 2014 6:35 PM ...And oh yes, I'm definitely back and ready to take on them spammers. Just need my sniper rifle back from you, please Steve.... Welcome back!! Though that reminds me Steve, I went to delete a post last night - a dodgy dating website - but couldn't, wondered if it was because I was on mobile view - but maybe you took my sniper rifle away too! ;-). Perhaps, admittedly, because I've not been overly active?! Fed up with HP laptops, anyone tried a Lenovo? 6th November 2014 6:18 PM Still solid IMO, one I have with work but also one at home, though still on Windows 7 for both.... ...phew! |
