Steve - even thought about Apprentice - Alan is looking a bit old, I could see you would make a good replacement

You need to move away from Stratford & head back to RAF Wittering and that neck of the woods - we even had Tom Cruise visiting at the weekend!  Though needless to say I didn't see him....

You can now pay monthly too, but better for those on a budget.”

What really annoys me is the surcharge (5%) for doing this.

There are all sorts of things where companies charge you more for paying monthly, I don't do these for that purpose, otherwise I would pay monthly.   For those who don't have the option to pay the lumpsum are again being penalised (bit like electicity meters) and they are invariably the least likely to be able to afford it.

It's not a biggy - so don't stress over it - but you don't need a pop-up box to say password updated.  Just a line that states, for example, Thank you your password has been updated.

Most sites I've ever used have a positive confirmation that the action has been completed successfully - rather than leaving you assuming it has.

In fact, just gone on to Amazon and changed my password and I got a positive confirmation.....

Couple of other points:

On the login page it states Lowi Ltd at the top.  Presume you really want it to say MLS?

I've just changed my password - but didn't get sent to a page stating successful.  It just takes me to a page asking where I want to go...   ...would be good to know if successful, without having to logout and back in

And if it's your hobby good old fashioned HTML / CSS is a good place to start.

It's not a quick process and yes moving on to Wordpress there are lots of templates available but it does help a lot to have knowledge of HTML / CSS / .php etc.. so unless it interests you get somebody else to do it for you!
Common sense always stated it would end this way. Though as the article states at the end good quality guest blogs will still be valid.. ..just need to get rid of the spammy ones!

Unfortunately just seems to be part of doing business in the UK .....

Twitter too seems to be a very effective way to sort things out. On two different occasions I've used email/phone with no joy, so make a quick mention of poor service from xyz company on Twitter and then remarkably all previous comments/decisions get over turned :-)

Though it's annoying that it has to be broadcast to the world to get resolved.
