Hi Johno

Yep afraid you have missed it.

When you select the profile the PM link is under that persons stats.

If you follow the pics above in Steves posts it shows you my profile & the PM tab.

Hopefully if you follow the post it will be clearer when you try again.

Its like you are in my head - yep had a couple of these moments !

PPI when will it end? 22nd July 2014 11:55 AM

Whilst its badged as "FREE" money everyone will claim.

Totally agree its time now to stop the advertising and close whatever loop hole exists. If someone hasn't claimed by now surely they never will!

Also yes stop the ambulance chasers following an accident - how many of you have had a cold call "just wanted you to know you have a reserve of £5000 minimum following your accident" - didn't know i'd had one , phone goes dead.

For those that do have minor bumps, when will people realise that claiming for a non existent injury is 1) fraud 2) its not free money 3) doesnt make it right just 'coz someone else did it 4) actually increases premiums.

People in the UK seem to want free everything, be that benefits, PPI compensation, PI claims - or whatever - this culture has to stop!

Brilliant response from Wolves

Keep saying excellent customer service is so easy to deliver, even when you have done something wrong, its the response that counts and how you handle yourself when it does.

Cracking day out - even managed to catch some sun, ive got a wonderful tan line on my face from wearing sunglasses all day

Steve has captured some amazing photos above - is there no end to his talent?

Bit of a thread bump, but no harm if its going to stop Johnny spammer getting anymore money.

Same advice as previously posted, just do your research and Google the company and NEVER pay from a single cold call !

Its been reported that around 31% of us are in contact with work whilst away on holiday and an astounding 81% check in with family and friends.

Kind of begs the question - why bother going away in the first place.

I do try and leave Steve to his time off, although i do know that he checks in from time to time, i wont tell his wife though

Do recall , Steve took a week off just after we first launched MLS, left me to manage the sales staff we had at the time. By 9.15 on the first Monday, embarrassed beyond words i had to call him as one of the guys couldnt log in to the intranet and i couldnt work out why. Fortunately Steve hadnt left home yet, and an hour later turned up to fix the problem. Turns out the now very ex employee had changed his clock on his PC knocking him off the intranet, well if Steve wasnt happy i was fuming as i looked a right idiot

Anyway back to the OP - are you having time off in the summer? And will you be checking your emails? - be honest!

Me, yep i have just over 2 weeks off in August, one week abroad followed by one week in Wales, i will probably check my emails between the 2 trips, but probably wont do any work

In reality, unless people start "Binging" a search rather then "Googleing" the reality is they will remain the top search engine and can do what they like.

Obviously i'm talking about a career i left nearly 10 years ago and my facts and data will be a bit rusty:-

Insurers ask at the quote stage for any convictions or accidents in the last 5 years, usually they dont check your history unless you have an accident, as they take your declaration as fact unless needed to be challenged as a result of the accident. That i personally believe is wrong, as potentially an undisclosed fact could result in the insurer not paying out as a result of a complete oversight!

In your case there may well have been an additional loading of the premium for a non fault accident as statistically you are much more likely to be involved in a fault claim in the 5 years following a non fault claim..... crazy i know but thats stats for you !!!!
