Ok, firstly I'm in no rush to get this done, but I am looking into having a website completely re-vamped and a new design some time in the next 3 - 4 months. There is roughly around 8 - 10 main pages and around 90 sub pages (which willl probably need to be increased) at present and a cms page. So basically I am looking for somone who is capable of the complete package i.e. making the existing website look pretty and upto date plus doing all the onsite SEO buff. There is no budget but I am looking for a rough idea of costs.

Hi James, at present I'm just trying to find out a rough idea of costings to have the existing site re-done from scratch. Once it is done all the files for the site will be sent to me, rather than kept by the the web designer, I will have the offsite SEO done elsewhere and the site hosting done somewhere else. That way I'm in control of what I'm paying for rather than putting all my eggs in one basket and hoping for the best and although the site is currently messy and yuk to look at, it does pay for several mortgages..
