“Thank you friends.. It is helpful but i m now little bit confused about incorporating my business. I have a connection on linkedin, and they suggested me to keep things in mind about how to form llc too. According to them, its a very crucial step. Thanks” Everything depends solely on your targeted market niche. Off course you will start with LLC. There is no other way around. If you try to start corporate company with no experience, you are really, really likely to fail. My own company is LLC ![]()
“what does it mean? i visited them but things are not clear for me so far. the website is...... <hmm self plug radar enabled>” Maybe you should pick the phone up and talk to them? Guess that's covered under research... “Here's my top 3. Personality, Research research research.. and capital ![]() Forgot a vital one... common sense ![]()
Yes, common sense is vital. It's not all that common though..... You certainly need a plan. Once you have your initial idea then you need to put together a plan - doesn't really need to be too formal - just so you know what you need to do. You also need to consider all the potential pitfalls before you start. I'm not saying that you shouldn't go ahead even if you're aware of possible pitfalls - but you will need to have the determination, ideas and common sense to get over these. Azolla
I also wanna get my own business started. My business associate and i have been working on it. We are based in Shanghai. We wanna offer catering service to new start ups, ceremonies, news conference, garden wedding, and etc. Hope we can get it started soon. Then i will resign from my current job and put myself into it. Look forward to it!

Always make sure to separate your personal from business. If its all about business then it should be pure as that. Learn to study the whole process of your chosen business regardless how little or big the details. You should know almost everything and anything just to make sure that you can handle different areas.
Hello, You won't believe that is only reason why im at this forum. I want to know exactly what things to do while starting a business. I guess the most important thing is to give quality service/product to your client. I guess we need to put ourselves in the customers shoes and see what they would need. So we need to give them something that is unique and of good use to them, with a good price ![]()
Probably having a passion in the business that you plan to establish was also a good reason in order to do and give your best to your business.
Has noone mentioned the type of business? Sole Trader or Limited Company is often one of the most important questions facing any start-up business! (I have a load of handy links based on that topic...if this was beyond my 10th post we'd be laughing! I will return!) |
