And for the Site Map question Create a sitemap for any web site - Site Map Pro - sitemap software I have not used it (use Wordpress and automaps) but hope it helps, this is the kind of thing you need.

You can get a Google XML sitemap generator for free, it takes just a few minutes .. no need to pay through the nose for such a simple job! Although it's important to have a sitemap for SEO purposes, as stated here before, it's certainly not the most important factor in optimising a web site.
