I asked Hammond to research an aspect of my family history. I'd had little information on my birth family, and there was one particular question I required answering.
The research Hammond provided was to the highest standard. He kept me informed on all his findings, which guided me to the next direction to take. Hammond discovered that my grandfather had served in the army during WW2 and had been evacuated from Dunkirk in 1940. Reading through the findings, brought to life someone who I hardly knew at all and I found that quite moving.
