You and Me Unconditionally

Transformative coaching can be summed up thus:

"How soon will you realize that the only thing you don't have is the direct experience that there's nothing you need that you don't have?"

This is basically saying you are okay, you just don't realise it.

And that's all transformative coaching is about, really, getting the client to recognise their fundadmental, unquestionable okayness. This realisation, this remembering, could come via connection, it come via an inner knowing that the client starts to listen out for, or it could come from via a meaningful conversation about the inside out nature of the human experience.

The truth is this:

• You are okay
• Nothing is wrong
• It's okay to fail, and to feel like a failure... sometimes!
• It's okay to make mistakes... sometimes

And from this very simple understanding of yourself you can do anything you really want!

Practically speaking what does transformative coaching look like, then? Well...

• Transformative coaching is NOT about tips and techniques.
• And it's not about TLAs like NLP or CBT or EFT.
• It's simply about you, our connection, and you slowly remembering Who You Truly Are!

So now that we've cleared that up, if you'd simply send me an invoice for your first coaching conversation I'll be on my way...
