Despite not having the product I needed available I was given excellent advice and guidance about what I needed to be looking for and then told where I may be able to find the product.
Without their help I wouldn't have had any idea what to look for and/or where. Thank you so much for your help. You'll always be my first port of call .

I had a problem with my wife's mobility scooter so contacted the shop and they told me to just bring it in and he would take a look at it for me,, I was welcomed into the shop by the friendly staff who were all covid safe,, they were very helpful they helped me with the problem with my scooter and put me in touch with the company to help me...

Absolutely great people, very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to others. Very pleased with their attitude to others and their products disabled or not. Will continue to shop there for my needs. All round, a very enjoyable experience.

Have always used Well Done Solutions because I have always had very best service from the owners of the shop. He services my Disabled electric scooter and I've always brought items for my Disabled son Matthew who needs to have certain items which I have to pay for and never had a problem with the service. I always tell people where to go and get what they need. Well Done Solutions is the best.

Well done solutions have helped my wife with helpful advise and information reguarding equipment to help her cope with her disability.

My wife's old mobility scooter needed a problem sorted.
Wayne went through the options of what he thought it was and the prices they would cost.
The problem was the old batteries. Wayne went through the options, and when I opted for the cheapest (due to the low use the scooter gets from the wife) he did not try to talk me into getting one of the more expensive options !
Wayne actually stayed back late, so we could pick up the scooter on a certain date and was very helpful when we discussed mobility products. He never once tried to railroad us into buying anything.
