I’m in my second year with Vodafone and wished I’d never changed from EE
We have had a most horrendous 2 days speaking with customer services????
We are away in North Cyprus (comes under Turkey) we were told we could have roaming turned on if we needed it ,we needed to phone UK Because we were shut out of a LLOYDS account and they would only install it with a phone call in person .Well after 2 days trying to install roaming and talking to 5 different customer service people ??? Still couldn’t turn it on to work .A actually it did work on a test call for the 5 th operator she was so happy so we thanked her hung up I was in tears with relieve then we went to make our call oh no message from Vodafone call manager no roaming we could not make our call we had met our spend limit
We have never experienced this from EE
CANT WAIT TO RETURN just hope Vodafone won’t charge us for 1 test call for less than a minute!! I will be visiting North st on our return to see how long before we can leave as our broad band doesn’t work either
