Avoid - service and customer services is utterly terrible. Still no call back (3 days later) and previous review has been deleted on google so Getting this out there as much as I can. Tele was collected on the 24/05 and the part repair was ordered two days later 26/06 which I paid up front for just under £500. Initially told 5-7 days then called back after not hearing anything and told 7-10 days on the 9/06 as the part was stuck in customs as the part was coming from Japan (no one called to update me). I then called again on the 19/06 & was told they would chase LG again as the part hadn’t arrived. Again no call back so I called on the 22/06 and was told there was another delay but this was due to LG stock issues in Europe and they would call back within 24 hours with an update. As predicated no call back so I called again, I asked for a refund and for the tv to be returned on the 23/06. A refund was apparently processed and tv was booked to be returned on Monday 26/06, no call to say what was happening on the Monday. Called that morning & was advised there was no note to say that a refund had been processed and we weren’t down on the system for the tv to be returned. Asked for service delivery manager to call, spoke with Ralph within ten minutes a refund was in the bank and tv was due to be returned on the following afternoon 27/06. Tv returned 27/06 asked to test it before the guys had left to make sure it was returned in the way it was received. When collected the TV had small lines running up and along it, still had a perfectly working screen & was able to watch it, it has been returned today and we have what appears to be a black screen and cracks everywhere (photos attached) The guys who delivered the tv were really nice and helpful and said they would ask for ralph the delivery manager to call back again which I’ll await on (3 DAYS LATER NO CALL BACK) Please avoid, from being told one thing to another, rude and ignorant customer service from the call handlers, receiving the item in worse condition than it was sent. Overall just a terrible and stressful experience.

Kyle was patient and professional and ensured my tv was working before leaving. He contacted his supervisor to check connections as the set was not picking up a freesat signal and the problem was resolved quickly.

Great service, just over a week and tv is back like new. Kyle explained what work had been done and did a test run for me. Informed by phone what time he would arrive. Highly recommended.
