This shop owner & employees lied to me regarding a parcel being picked up by a collect plus driver after 2 weeks of telling me they were “going to hand it to him tomorrow”. The parcel was not picked up and when I complained to them about it on a call this morning, 3 different staff members gave me excuses and more lies. The owner was incredibly rude to me and denies any responsibility. I have now lost money because I wasn’t able to return my item in time because of their lies.
He should not be running a business with such disgusting behaviour and attitude.
