Thank you for checking my computer after falling victim to a scam.
They explained what the scammers had done and cleaned the computer up. They we not judgemental but explained what had happened, how to stop it happening again, and that its likely the scammers would try again, so I now know what to look out for.
The price was worth the peace of mind and the visit was not rushed nor charged by the hour.

Very happy with the level of service from both Chris and Matt. They definitely have a focus on customer service and My visit was followed up with a text and email to check everything was OK. I feel like they actually listen and explain things, instead of just doing a repair.
I expected to pay a bit more than I did, so I'd say the prices are very reasonable.
