Fantastic service!
The electric assist on my Nihola dog bike stopped kicking in, three of my local bike shops couldn’t help but London Cycle Workshop said to try Von-Vader’s Cargo Bike Care. They said Nick is a great mechanic AND he does house calls!
I called him, he diagnosed the likely problem over the phone and then came over promptly. He was right - it was just a loose connection which he fixed in about ten seconds and then he wouldn’t take payment because he said it was only a little thing.
Great guy, so now I have booked him in for a regular servicing of my bike AND he’s going to be the one I call in case of punctures - a frequent occurrence given the state of London roads.
Couldn’t recommend him more.
