ALLOY WHEEL REFURBISHMENT SAME DAY TURNAROUND TIME Our Process for powder coating. Tyres removed. Weights and valves removed. Wheels chemically stripped to remove all old paint and powder. Damaged areas repaired. Wheels media blasted to remove any corrosion and prep the surface for the powder to adhere to. Wheels 3 stage powder coated, Primer, colour and clear coat. Tyres refitted with new valves and re-balanced. TPMS valves charged at 5 per valve if needing replaced.
