After being let down repeatedly, Andrew from Heritage Roofcraft Specialists was a breath of fresh air. He arrived when he said he would, carried out a proper inspection, and quickly identified the issue with the slate work that others had missed. The repairs were completed to a really high standard, and the leak which had been a constant headache is now completely resolved. The professionalism, reliability, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. The workmanship is outstanding the slate now sits perfectly flat, and the roof looks better than it has in years. Most importantly, there’s no more water ingress at all, which is a huge relief. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and the results speak for themselves. I needed a reliable roofing specialist for work on my property and after continued and thorough research due to being let down by a number of other roofing companies i came across Heritage Roofcraft Specialists, the initial process was very easy, since completion the problems have all been resolved, Andrew who i dealt with was a great guy and knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he was doing. Outstanding emergency roof repair – highly recommend! We had a sudden leak after a heavy storm that was causing water damage in our loft, and Heritage Roofcraft Specialists responded incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days they were on site in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire, identifying the problem and carrying out a full repair. They replaced several broken tiles, repointed the affected area with top-quality materials, and ensured everything was sealed properly to prevent any future issues. The team communicated clearly throughout, provided regular updates, and worked neatly without any disruption to our daily routine. What really stood out was their attention to detail and use of durable, matching materials that blend perfectly with our existing roof. Several weeks later, and through more rain, the roof has stayed completely dry. We now have total peace of mind knowing our home is well protected.

roof is now completely watertight! I recently hired Heritage Roofcraft Specialists to sort out ongoing issues with my roof in Brown Lees, Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent area.
They made the entire roof watertight by replacing damaged tiles, rebedding the ridge tiles, and carefully repairing the flashing around the chimney.
The team IE Andrew was extremely professional from start to finish – they explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left my property spotless every day with no mess or debris left behind.
I really appreciated how tidy they kept everything, which made the whole process stress-free.

I needed a replacement stone garage roof in Bollington Macclesfield my experience was as follows. We had a annoying leak coming through the ridge tiles on our roof in Stoke-on-Trent, causing drips inside during heavy rain. Heritage Roofcraft Specialists came out promptly, identified the cracked and poorly bedded ridge tiles, and fixed it properly by re-bedding and pointing with high-quality materials.
The work was done neatly in a day, no mess left behind, and the roof has been completely dry ever since. Great communication, fair price, and real peace of mind.
Highly recommend them for any roofing issues!

I highly recommend these guys and there local to Leek Staffordshire they got me out of some real trouble with a previous bad roofer who left me not watertight and leaks everywhere, Andrew from heritage came and secured the felt and tiles and stopped leaks. I will use heritage for the new roof when I save up for it, wished I had initially used Andrew to begin with.

I found Heritage Roofcraft Specialists to be a reliable excellent roofing company, when I needed a roof repair to stop excessive leaks into my property they came in a good timely manner and temporary fixed the leaks and also shown photos as evidence as to why.
I opted for a full re roof as it was time to get this done, The new roof was finished in a timely manner and the new roof looks amazing if im completely honest, the project started a week later than expected due to wet weather. I cant really find a fault on there services and would recommend to anyone looking for a roofing specialist or good reliable roofing firm. Im based in Wilmslow Cheshire.
