My Amazon order b=needed to be returned air I selected the only Mail option which was a collection from home on specified date. However, on the specified date, I watched the postman deliver my usual post and then get in his van and drive off. Item was not collected on specified date as per conformation email.
This has now happened many times for me and when using this returns option via amazon (and other companies), i have never yet had an item collected as arranged..
Horrendous service....
Also, often get packages left on doormat when not in (1 metre from pavement and in full view for anyone to see) - safe place instructions not followed.
Come on Hatton - Buck up your service - you are paid to do a job!!!!!!
