I was recommended Gary by a family member who was very impressed with the work he had done for them. I would also highly recommend him. The survey was carried out very quickly- within a few days of booking and the report arrived within a couple of days. Queries were rapidly replied to.
Would recommend to any potential house buyers.

Gary from G B Residential Surveys completed a survey for a property we purchased. He was timely, efficient and friendly and his report was incredibly in depth and easy to understand.

Gary moved quickly and carried out a very detailed survey, highlighting a lot of issues that would've gone otherwise unnoticed. Some of the points highlighted may give us room to renegotiate the price of the house we're buying, so he's saved us more than a few quid.

Can't recommend enough, quality and detailed survey provided in a short turn around (I had the survey back within a week of opening comms).
